Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
We keep it simple: we only process the data needed to deliver your order, we never sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. This policy explains what we do process, and why.
Who is responsible
The party responsible for processing your data (the “controller”) is SF Works, trading as StansCards, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 89253086, Putstraat 1 A, 6436 BT Amstenrade, the Netherlands — reachable at info@stanscards.com.
What we collect and why
When you place an order we ask for your name, e-mail address and shipping address — needed to deliver your order, keep you informed about it and handle any returns (performance of the contract). Payments run entirely through Mollie: we never see or store your bank or card details, only whether the payment succeeded. We keep order records because tax law requires us to.
Who we share data with
Only with parties needed to fulfil your order: Mollie B.V. processes your payment, and the postal carrier receives your name and address to deliver the parcel. The website runs on our own server hosted in the Netherlands. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep your data
Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years, the retention period Dutch tax law requires. Data we no longer need is deleted.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. Your browser only stores two things locally: the contents of your shopping cart and your light/dark theme preference. These never leave your device.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted (where no legal retention duty applies). E-mail info@stanscards.com and we will respond within a month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
